会议补助 (Bursaries)

会议补助指交通补助与住宿补助。
We will provide travel bursaries and accommodation bursaries.

谁可以申请会议补助 / Who can apply for bursaries

提交会议补助申请 / Submitting a bursary application

我们已开放会议补助申请。请在网站上的活动注册页面中勾选 “Reimburse travel costs”。勾选后，您还需要在 “Travel costs” 字段输入您希望接受的交通补助与住宿补助之和。
Application for bursaries is now open. Please check “Reimburse travel costs” on the registration page and enter the sum of your desired travel and accommodation costs in the “Travel costs” field.

对于交通补助，请在 Notes 字段填写您所在的城市、预计的交通工具。
For travel bursary, please fill in your city and expected mode of transportation in the Notes field.

对于住宿补助，请在 Notes 字段填写您预计的晚数。
For accommodation bursary, please fill in the number of nights you expect in the Notes field.

请在 Notes 中分别写明：您希望的交通补助与住宿补助各为多少。
Please specify in the Notes the amount of each type of bursary you would like to receive.

如您不是 Debian 成员或贡献者，申请时，请在 Notes 字段填写您申请的理由，与您近期的贡献。
If you are not a Debian member or contributor, please fill in your reason for applying and your recent contributions in the Notes field.

补助申请截止日期为：2026 年 9 月 23 日。
The deadline for bursary applications is September 23, 2026.

在截止日期（2026 年 9 月 23 日）后，我们才会开始进行补助申请的审核。
We will begin reviewing bursary applications after the deadline.

补助要求 / Requirements

您应保留完整纸质报销凭证或电子报销凭证。无报销凭证将无法报销。
You must keep your original receipts (paper/digital) for your expenses. No reimbursement will be possible in the absence of those receipts.

补助标准 / Bursary guidelines

交通补助 / Travel bursary

此处的交通费用指申请者从居住地到会议城市的往返费用。交通费用通常指乘坐铁路、高铁、飞机产生的费用。交通费用不包含乘坐城市内公共交通产生的费用。
“transportation costs” refers to the round-trip expense from the applicant’s home to the conference city. Transportation costs usually include fares for trains, HSR trains, and flights. Transportation costs DO NOT include expenses for public transportation within the city.

本次活动中，您可以为交通费用提出补助申请。您的交通费用应为乘坐最合理的交通工具（例如：高铁二等座、飞机经济舱等）
For this event, you may apply for a travel bursary. Your transportation should use the most reasonable option available (e.g., second-class seat on a HSR train, economy-class flight, etc.).

对于国内交通，我们预计每位申请者交通补助在 2000 元以下。花销产生后，需提供报销凭证方可获得补助（报销凭证通常为铁路电子发票、航空运输电子客票行程单等）。
For domestic travel, we expect each applicant’s travel bursary to be under 2,000 RMB. After the expenses are incurred, you must provide receipts to receive the bursary (typically a rail e-fapiao, flight e-ticket itinerary receipts, etc.).

住宿补助 / Accommodation bursary

此处的住宿费用指的是申请者在会议期间于会议城市住宿产生的费用。
“accommodation costs” refers to the expense of staying in the conference city during the conference period.

本次活动中，您可以为从 2026 年 10 月 23 日（星期五）入住至 2026 年 10 月 25 日（星期日）退房产生的住宿费用提出补助申请。
For this event, you may apply for a bursary for accommodation costs incurred from check-in on Friday, 23 October 2026 to check-out on Sunday, 25 October 2026.

本次我们将不会安排住宿，申请者需自行预订住宿，并保留报销凭证（报销凭证通常为酒店发票）。
As we WILL NOT arrange accommodations. Applicants must book their own hotel and keep receipts (typically a hotel fapiao).

我们预计为每位申请者提供最高 250 元/人/晚的住宿补助。
We expect to provide each applicant with up to 250 RMB per person per night for accommodation.

我们鼓励您与其他申请者拼房。拼房的情况下，我们将为两位申请者各提供最高 250 元/人/晚的住宿补助，但总补助不会超过报销凭证金额。
We encourage you to share a room with other applicants. If you share a room, we will provide up to 250 RMB per person per night to each of the two applicants, but the total accommodation bursary will not exceed the amount shown on your receipts.
